c. Identify and explain the historical, economic, social and political context at the time of submission or adoption of the law. 

d. Investigate the social/political implications of the bill. 

e. Objectively and professionally state whether the bill represents a step forward or a step backwards for social justice and human rights. 

h. Reflect on the issues identified in the bill that you understand require more attention, that were not or have not been contemplated to the extent, and that for you are of great importance for solving the problem (you can put your own personal opinion).
